How to Renew/Replace Passport

Log in to eCitizen

Access the Directorate of Immigration Services portal on eCitizen.
Select Application Type

Choose "Passport Application" and select "Replacement" (for lost/mutilated) or "Renewal" (for expired/filled).
Upload Documents

Upload your ID, old passport bio-data page, and recommender ID. For lost passports, upload the Affidavit and Police Abstract.
Pay & Book

Pay the fee (plus fine if applicable) and book a biometrics appointment.

Yes, you can apply for renewal 6 months before expiry or if the pages are exhausted.
