How to Register for NHIF

Prepare Documents

Ensure you have your ID, photos, and dependent documents (birth certificates/marriage certificate) ready.
Visit Portal or Branch

Register online via the NHIF/SHA self-service portal or visit a Huduma Centre.
Fill Form

Complete the registration form. If employed, provide your employer's code.
Activate Membership

For self-employed members, pay the first monthly contribution to activate the card.
