To apply for the JKF Scholarship Program online, follow these steps:
- Visit the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation scholarship portal at http://scholarship.jkf.co.ke/.
- Login using your index number and password. Or create an account if you don’t have one.
- Once you have successfully logged in, fill out the details and submit.
Before you begin the application process you are required to have a soft copy of passport picture.
If short listed you will be required to carry this for the interview :
- KCSE result slip (official KNEC slip or signed and stamped paper from school)
- Copy of death certficate (if mother/father is/are deceased)
- Evidence of Financial support (if you have received any support in the past)
- Evidence of special needs (if you have indicated you are special need learner)
- Copy of pay slip/ Bank statement(if parent(s)/guardian(s) is employed)
- Signed declaration by applicant and parent/guardian
- Copy of birth certificate or a registration number in case of refugees
- Recommendation letter by Head Teacher, Chief/Assistant chief, Religious Leader or any other leader
