  • The guarantor must be related to the applicant, such as a parent or guardian, and be able to provide proof of their relationship.

5. Consent Form

  • The guarantor must sign a consent form, giving their permission for HELB to collect and process their personal data.

6. Submission of Documents

  • The guarantor must submit their ID number and other required documents to HELB.
