How to Apply for a CR12

Log in to eCitizen
Access the Business Registration Service (BRS) portal via eCitizen.

Find the Company
If the company is linked to your account, select it. If not, use the "Official Search" option and enter the company name/number.

Pay Search Fee
Pay the requisite fee (approx. KES 650) via M-PESA.

Download CR12
Once processed, the CR12 document will be available for download in your dashboard.
